Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, strong understanding of various technologies, and a proven ability to source, screen, and on-board high-quality candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the hiring requirements from hiring managers and create detailed job descriptions.
  • Source candidates through various channels job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.), social media (LinkedIn), employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates technical qualifications, and coordinate interviews.
  • Maintain and update the recruitment tracker, and provide timely reports to the HR Manager..
  • Handle salary negotiations and on-boarding formalities.
  • Stay updated on current industry trends and market demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in IT recruitment (agency or corporate).
  • Solid understanding of technologies like Angular, Node JS, Java, .NET, Python, Cloud, DevOps, etc.
  • Proficiency in using job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
