  • This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, identify relevant talent, and ensure timely closures of open positions.
  • Key responsibilities include sourcing candidates through job portals (like Naukri, LinkedIn), social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • You will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting initial telephonic interviews, scheduling interviews with hiring teams, and managing the offer and onboarding process. Maintaining recruitment databases, generating reports, and tracking hiring metrics will also be part of your responsibilities.
  • Candidates should have between 1 to 5 years of IT recruitment experience and the ability to manage multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach, attention to detail, and the ability to build strong candidate pipelines are essential for success in this role.
  • Preference will be given to female candidates who are looking to build a strong career in technical recruitment.
