Senior Human Resource Executive

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments (technical and non-technical).
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other free job portals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and offer rollouts within defined TAT.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles.
HR Operations
- Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).
- Assist with payroll coordination and monthly HR reports.
- Handle employee queries and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.
Employee Engagement & Performance Management
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
- Support appraisal processes and help track performance reviews.
- Participate in retention and motivation programs.
Compliance & Policy Administration
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HR policies.
- Maintain documentation related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other HR audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelors or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
- 4–6 years of hands-on HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
