Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments (technical and non-technical).
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and other free job portals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Manage job postings, candidate tracking, and offer rollouts within defined TAT.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring roles.

HR Operations

  • Support the onboarding and induction process for new employees.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases (attendance, leave, personal files, etc.).
  • Assist with payroll coordination and monthly HR reports.
  • Handle employee queries and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Employee Engagement & Performance Management

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and surveys.
  • Support appraisal processes and help track performance reviews.
  • Participate in retention and motivation programs.

Compliance & Policy Administration

  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HR policies.
  • Maintain documentation related to PF, ESI, Gratuity, and other HR audits.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
  • 4–6 years of hands-on HR experience with a strong focus on recruitment.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
