Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive for a Pharma based Company in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including the development and execution of HR policies and procedures. Primary responsibilities include managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting organizational development initiatives. The role will also include coordinating recruitment, facilitating onboarding processes, and addressing employee inquiries and concerns effectively for India & Saudi Arabia

Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of HR Experience in Pharma
  • Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies
  • Thorough understanding and experkenxe jn Recruitment and hiring
  • Should have good knowledge in Excel and should have excelkent data skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders
  • Problem-solving abilities and an empathetic approach when addressing employee concerns
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
