About the Role:

JIT Global is looking for an experienced and driven
HR Executive
to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR operations, ensuring seamless recruitment, engagement, and compliance processes that align with our organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and onboarding process.
  • Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Maintain HR records and support payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
  • Assist in performance management and training activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA/PGDM preferred).
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in core HR functions.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of HRMS tools and statutory compliance.
