Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Senior Human Resources Specialist. The role involves managing HR-related functions, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, recruitment and managing personnel activities. The individual will collaborate with teams to ensure effective HR strategies, compliance with company policies, and a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Proficiency in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Knowledge and experience in managing Employee Benefits
- Strong skills in Personnel Management and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification in HR is a plus
- Prior experience in a HR role or similar position
- Brownie points if you have already worked as a HR in an industrial company
