We're looking for a
Sales Manager
to set up and drive offline and B2B sales. This role reports directly to the CEO and involves both strategic thinking and on-ground hustle - someone who understands customer psychology and sales conversion.
What you'll do
- Create partnerships with hotels, restaurants and offline kiosks to drive offline product sales.
- Identify and implement creative ways to boost daily and monthly revenue.
- Monitor sales performance, set targets, and track progress through data and insights.
- Gather customer feedback and competitor insights to refine our approach.
- Lead by example - be actively involved in engaging with customers.
Who you are
- Experience - 3 to 5 years of experience in
 retail and B2B sales.
- Track Record - Set up and led sales targets for food companies.
- Hustler - Translate ideas into actions. And actions into sales and revenue.
- Target oriented - Focused on sales targets and figuring out everything possible to make it happen.
