Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining our retail environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:

· Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs

· Provide detailed product information, features, and benefits to customers

· Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently

· Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Sales Activities:

· Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets

· Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

· Upsell and cross-sell complementary products when appropriate

· Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and special offers

· Follow up with customers on special orders or requests

Product Knowledge & Training:

· Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends

· Share product knowledge with team members and customers

· Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to management

Education & Experience:

· Degree in retail management or related filed

· Previous experience of 1 to 2 years in similar retail environment preferably in jewellery store

· Monthly salary offered is between 25000 to 30000 per month

· Person residing in western suburbs are preferred as the job location is at Vile Parle & Borivali retail stores
