Job Description: Retail Sales Officer

As a Retail Sales Officer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the store is well-maintained and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

- Provide product information and recommendations to customers

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized store environment

- Meet sales targets and goals set by management

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent customer service skills

- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
