For that, we're looking for a
Growth Marketing Manager
. Someone who can turn scrolls into clicks, and clicks into customers who stay.
What you'll do
- Run and scale campaigns across
Meta, Google, and Amazon - Turn budgets into results — CAC, ROAS, repeat orders, you know the game
- Test, tweak, and optimise creatives like a kite flyer adjusting his string
- Work closely with our brand & design team to create ads that feel less like ads and more like stories
- Watch numbers daily, but think long-term — how do we grow Patang into every home?
What you bring
- 3–6 years
of hands-on experience running performance campaigns for a
D2C brand - Comfort working with
Shopify, GA4, Amazon Seller Central, Meta Ads Manager - Proven experience managing
₹5–20L+ monthly budgets - Sharp analytical mind with a creative streak (data plus dor)
- Hungry to experiment, grounded enough to measure
