Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) School & IT Products

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive sales and growth for School & IT Products. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling EdTech solutions and eduuxper, IT hardware, and software products to schools, colleges, and educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential schools, educational institutions, and corporate clients for IT products and solutions.
  • Sales & Business Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Product Presentations & Demos: Conduct in-depth demonstrations of IT and school-related products.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, procurement heads, and IT managers.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies.
  • Negotiations & Closures: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and final deal closures.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, EdTech, or IT product sales.
  • Strong understanding of school IT products, ERP systems, LMS, smart classrooms.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in handling school or institutional sales is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
