About the Role:

Kadamshree Developer is hiring an experienced CRM Executive to manage customer relations, handle client queries, and ensure a smooth post-sales experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and experience in CRM operations within the real estate or construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update customer databases and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal teams for project updates and issue resolution.
  • Handle post-sales documentation, payment follow-ups, and customer queries.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Generate reports and track customer engagement metrics.
  • Support sales and marketing teams in client communication and record management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in CRM, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and client-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and documentation.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
