Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager – Gold Loan located in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, assessing customer needs, and ensuring smooth processing of gold loans. Duties include conducting customer verification, handling loan documentation, providing customer support, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires maintaining a high level of service quality and adhering to company policies and banking regulations.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and relationship management skills
  • Experience in loan processing and documentation
  • Good knowledge of banking regulations and financial services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using digital platforms and technology
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Prior experience in gold loans or asset-backed lending is a plus
