Key Responsibilities

As a Telesales Marketing Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients. Your primary goal will be to convert initial inquiries into confirmed site visits. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Outreach and Conversion:
  • Conduct outbound and follow-up calls to prospective clients from provided leads (database, online inquiries, etc.).
  • Effectively present and market RA Construction's various real estate projects (residential, commercial, plots).
  • Persuade and convince clients of the value and benefits of our properties to secure a site visit appointment.
  • Handle client questions, concerns, and objections professionally and persuasively.
  • Site Visit Coordination:
  • Coordinate logistics and scheduling of site visits with the client.
  • Liaise closely with the Site Supervisor to ensure a smooth, timely, and informative site visit experience for the client.
  • Maintain a detailed log of all scheduled and completed site visits.
  • Post-Visit Follow-Up:
  • Conduct timely follow-up calls after the site visit to gather feedback and address any remaining questions.
  • Effortlessly guide the client toward the next step: visiting the corporate office for detailed discussions and potential booking.
  • Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Report daily/weekly sales and call metrics to the management team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Any Bachelor's degree (open to Freshers).
  • Experience: Prior experience in tele-calling, sales, or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. We will provide comprehensive training.
  • Communication:
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and the regional language (Hindi/local language, if applicable) with a clear, engaging, and professional phone manner.
  • Strong listening skills and ability to understand client needs.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
  • Highly persuasive, tenacious, and target-driven.
  • Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Organized, disciplined, and proactive in managing a high volume of calls and follow-ups.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic computer software (MS Office) and working with CRM/sales tracking tools.
