**1. Job Summary**:
The telecaller is responsible for reaching out to potential customers or clients via phone to promote products or services, handle inquiries, and achieve sales targets. The role involves effective communication skills, the ability to handle objections, and providing exceptional customer service.

**2. Key Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**: Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify leads from lists provided or sourced independently.
- **Customer Support**: Address customer inquiries, provide information, and resolve issues or complaints.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with leads and clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- **Feedback**: Gather customer feedback and report it to the relevant departments for product or service improvement.

**3. Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking style.
- **Sales Skills**: Ability to sell products or services and handle objections.
- **Customer Service**: Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing solutions and maintaining positive relationships.
- **Attention to Detail**: Accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in the language(s) required for the role (e.g., English, Hindi ).

**4. Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a similar role is often preferred.
- **Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required; higher education may be preferred for some positions.

**5. Working Conditions**:

- **Hours**: Full-time
- **Location**: Office-based
