Job Overview:
The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients to promote and sell products. This role requires strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a deep understanding of the insurance industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to leads and prospects to introduce products.
- Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain a database of prospects and track interactions using CRM software.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or finance is a plus.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service, preferably in the insurance sector.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections.

- Basic knowledge of life insurance products and regulations.
Working Conditions:
- Office-based position with a fixed schedule; flexibility may be required during peak periods.
- May involve working evenings or weekends during special promotions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹20,000.00 per year
