We Are Hiring – Front Office Assistant / Receptionist.

GoAsian Wellness – Kerala Ayurveda Healing Centre, Arambol, Goa

Location: Arambol / Anjuna, North Goa

Join Goa's leading Kerala Ayurveda Wellness Centre and be the face of our hospitality. We are a family-run centre dedicated to authentic Ayurveda therapies, wellness, Yoga and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist clients with warmth, courtesy, and professionalism.
  • Manage front desk operations – phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
  • Provide clear and accurate information about our Ayurveda treatments & wellness services (training will be provided)
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve issues with a positive approach.
  • Maintain client records and ensure the reception area is always presentable.
  • Collect customer feedback and encourage clients to leave reviews.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Confident, and professional personality.
  • Basic computer knowledge for managing appointments & emails.
  • Prior experience in hospitality/spa/wellness front desk preferred (but not mandatory).
