We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Front Office professional to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front office operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage front office operations, including reception, concierge, and bell captain duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest transactions, including registration forms and billing information.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Supervise and train front office staff members to achieve high performance standards.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in front office operations within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling sound judgment and decision-making.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software applications is desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, motivating and developing staff to achieve their full potential.
