**Job Summary**:
The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests. This role involves engaging with patrons, addressing their needs, and managing feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Engagement**: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival, providing them with menus and information about the restaurant’s offerings.
- **Communication**: Maintain effective communication with guests to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring a personalized experience.
- **Feedback Management**: Address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a satisfactory resolution. Collect feedback to improve service quality.
- **Reservations & Seating**: Manage reservations and seating arrangements, optimizing table turnover while maintaining guest comfort.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- **Promotions & Events**: Inform guests about upcoming promotions, special events, and menu changes, encouraging participation and upselling when appropriate.
- **Training & Development**: Assist in training new staff on guest service standards and protocols.
- **Reporting**: Maintain records of guest interactions, feedback, and any incidents, providing reports to management as needed.
- **Customer Loyalty**: Build and maintain relationships with regular guests, fostering a welcoming environment to encourage repeat visits.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
