Hotel Operations Manager

Position summary - The Operations Manager will oversee all operational aspects of The Tamarind Hotel ensuring exceptional guest experiences efficient processes and profitability Key responsibilities - Oversee daily operations Supervise front office housekeeping F B outlets maintenance and security to ensure smooth functioning - Guest service Maintain high service standards handle escalated guest issues and ensure positive guest feedback - Team management Recruit train and motivate staff develop duty rosters conduct performance reviews and provide coaching - Financial management Prepare budgets forecast revenue control costs manage procurement and optimize profits - Compliance Ensure compliance with hotel policies hygiene standards government regulations and safety protocols - Coordination Liaise with sales marketing to support promotions and events work with owners and senior management to implement strategic initiatives Qualifications requirements - Bachelor s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration - Minimum 5 years experience in a similar operations role within a hotel or resort - Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to coach and motivate - Strong knowledge of hotel operations budgeting guest service standards and revenue management - Excellent communication problem solving and interpersonal skills - Familiarity with property management systems PMS and MS Office - Ability to work flexible hours and handle multiple tasks under pressure Benefits - Accommodation or housing allowance if required - Meals during duty and staff discounts at Cafe Cotinga - Opportunities for career growth and training Job Type Full-time Pay 70 000 00 - 80 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
