Position summary - The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for guests They will manage check ins outs handle reservations provide information and ensure memorable experiences Key responsibilities - Guest relations Warmly greet guests complete check in check out procedures handle reservations and manage room assignments - Communication Answer phone calls and emails provide information on hotel services local attractions and transport and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments - Billing cash handling Prepare bills process payments handle cash and maintain accurate records - Record keeping Update the property management system with guest information reservations and special requests - Problem resolution Address guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally escalating to the supervisor as needed Qualifications requirements - Degree or diploma in Hotel Management Hospitality or equivalent preferred but not mandatory for freshers - Freshers may apply prior experience in front office or customer service is an advantage - Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills in English and Hindi knowledge of Ezee Absolute is a plus - Familiarity with hotel reservation software and MS Office - Ability to work shifts morning evening night and handle high guest volumes - Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Benefits - Competitive entry level salary with service charge tips - Accomodation and food provided - Professional development and cross training opportunities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Work Location In person
