Executive Assistant to the Founder (Global Role):

Overview

We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant (EA) to the Founder of Atman OS, a civilization-scale technology ecosystem. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and combines elements of Chief of Staff, Operations, and R&D coordination.

The EA will serve as the Founder's right hand, managing sensitive information, supporting company formation and IP workflows, and enabling global execution. This position is open to candidates worldwide.

Administrative & Scheduling Support:

* Manage the Founder's calendar, prioritize tasks, and coordinate meetings across time zones.

* Handle travel logistics, visas, and event participation.

* Maintain confidentiality in all communications and scheduling.

Company Formation & Compliance:

* Assist the COO in entity formation and upkeep across jurisdictions (UAE, Singapore, India, US).

* Track compliance filings, board resolutions, and governance checklists

* Coordinate with legal and accounting partners to maintain statutory hygiene.

Operations & Documentation:

* Maintain decision logs, task registers, and timestamp records.

* Prepare and organize documents for board meetings and investor updates.

* Support workflow scaling by implementing simple tracking systems.

* Investor & Partner Support.

* Prepare meeting briefs, contact notes, and follow-ups.

* Maintain investor/partner databases and pipelines.

* Assist in preparing pitch materials, diligence packs, and strategic communications.

Technical and R&D Coordination:

* Research relevant technologies (AI, privacy, fintech, identity).

* Summarize competitor scans and IP disclosures for internal use.

* Coordinate with vendors and teams to ensure R&D deliverables stay on track.

AI Tools & Automation:

* Use AI tools to streamline documentation and reporting.

* Set up automated workflows for recurring tasks.

* Improve productivity by adopting new digital tools.

Required Skills & Background:

* 3–5 years in EA/Chief of Staff/Operations roles at startups or high-growth companies.

* Strong organizational and documentation skills.

* Knowledge of company formation, compliance basics, and legal documentation.

* Technical literacy with AI/fintech/security concepts preferred.

* Fluent written and spoken English.

* Ability to travel internationally with the Founder if required.

Ideal Background

* Prior experience supporting CEOs/founders in technology or IP-heavy sectors.

* Exposure to VC/startup fundraising or legal coordination.

* Comfort working in high-pressure, confidential environments.
