Job Title: HR Recruiter

Role & responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, and internal databases.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate pipeline and recruitment trackers.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a great candidate experience.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Education: Graduate in any stream (HR/Business Administration preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience: 0 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR. Freshers are welcome.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals will be an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and strong organisational skills.
