We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen understanding of modern recruitment strategies, and the ability to build strong employer branding and candidate relationships.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent English speaking is Mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments (skills, experience, and culture fit).
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication.
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns.
- Provide data-driven recruitment insights and reports on key metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness).
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹360, ₹480,000.00 per year
