Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and target-focused individual to join our team as a Social Media Manager & Content Creator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence across all platforms, from content creation (video editing and graphic design) to performance analysis and strategy implementation. This role is open to students and recent graduates looking for an internship, as well as experienced candidates seeking a part-time or full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos) in a style consistent with our brands.
• Design eye-catching social media posters, carousels, and thumbnails.
• Social Media Management:
• Manage and maintain our social media profiles for both @highereforall and @theenglishgully.
• Write compelling, grammatically correct, and SEO-friendly captions in English.
• Schedule and publish content consistently across all channels.
• Growth & Analytics:
• Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance.
• Implement social media SEO strategies to increase visibility and reach.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow our follower base and engagement.
• Community Engagement:
• Interact with our audience by responding to comments and messages professionally.

Who We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar).
• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar).
• Must be comfortable and proficient in the English language (both written and spoken).
• A solid understanding of social media analytics, algorithms, and SEO.
• A proactive and target-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving growth metrics.
• Students or candidates with a major in English, Mass Communication, or Journalism are highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
