Sales Manager – Hospital Marketing

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth within hospitals.
- Identify and target key hospital accounts and decision-makers, including procurement departments, medical staff, and hospital administrators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to promote and support our nutraceutical products.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and educational seminars to hospital staff and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the hospital sector.
- Provide feedback and insights on product development and market needs to guide the company's strategy.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
- Building a Sales plan for the segment and leading transversal implementation to ensure deliverables are met
- Working with R&D to develop proof of concept criteria for products
- Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Define the segment marketing and promotional plan
- Work with the team to create growth plans for strategic customers
- Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, packaging, and service changes;
- Special projects as assigned.
