  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth within hospitals.
  2. Identify and target key hospital accounts and decision-makers, including procurement departments, medical staff, and hospital administrators.

  6. Provide feedback and insights on product development and market needs to guide the company's strategy.
  7. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities.
  8. Building a Sales plan for the segment and leading transversal implementation to ensure deliverables are met
  9. Working with R&D to develop proof of concept criteria for products
  10. Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  11. Define the segment marketing and promotional plan
  12. Work with the team to create growth plans for strategic customers
  13. Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, packaging, and service changes;
  14. Special projects as assigned.
