Sales & Marketing Executive (US Market) – Cosmasol Location: Trivandrum (on-site, at Cosmetiq Hospital)

Shift: 5:30 PM – 1:30 AM IST (US Time Coverage)

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive—primarily focused on sales outreach—to engage with cosmetic and plastic surgery clinics in the US market. The candidate will work from our partner hospital in Trivandrum and handle outbound calls, demos, and lead follow-ups for Cosmasol, our AI-first SaaS platform for aesthetic clinics.

Responsibilities: Call and engage with prospective US clinics to introduce Cosmasol. Schedule demos and follow up with interested leads. Maintain lead and call records in CRM. Support marketing activities such as campaigns, email follow-ups, and social media engagement. Coordinate with the product and customer success teams for feedback and onboarding. Requirements: Excellent spoken and written English communication. Experience in international (US) calling or inside sales preferred. Confident phone presence and ability to handle outbound conversations. Comfortable working evening/night shift (US business hours). Basic familiarity with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.

Compensation: ₹10,000 base salary, with potential earnings up to ₹25,000 including performance incentives. The first month will be a trial period with a stipend, followed by conversion to a permanent role upon successful performance.
