Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Marketing Executive located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for market planning, conducting market research, developing and executing marketing strategies, and fostering effective communication with clients. Additional tasks include collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth, promoting property listings, and analyzing market trends to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research, with the ability to gather and analyze data effectively.
  • Proficiency in Marketing strategies and practices, combined with expertise in promoting real estate services.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey information clearly and build client relationships.
  • Experience in Sales and a proven ability to achieve targets, negotiate deals, and drive business outcomes.
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry and local market trends is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
