Role & responsibilities
- Drive overall team performance and ensure timely task completion.
- Monitor and improve key metrics like AHT, CSAT, and Attrition.
- Resolve and escalate queries through proper channels.
- Compile and share performance reports (Daily/Weekly/Monthly).
- Coordinate with leaders and trainers to address process issues.
- Communicate process goals and inspire the team to exceed expectations.
- Foster a supportive, open, and collaborative team environment.
- Facilitate problem-solving and teamwork.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain benchmark standards.
- Keep leadership informed of progress and challenges.
- Focus on continuous performance improvement.
Preferred candidate profile
- Any Graduate
- Excellent communication skills
- Min 2 years of experience in Bpo/Customer Service for International Voice process
- Minimum 1years of experience in team handling and people management.
- Immediate joiner
- Must reside at Mumbai currently
- Flexible to work in shifts(pick up drop offered with in company's hiring bounderies)
- Must be willing to work from the office
Not Looking for:
- Out of Station candidate
- Not available immediately to join
