Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a US Voice Process representative located in Mumbai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, providing exceptional customer service, and engaging with customers to resolve their queries. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of interactions, identifying business process improvements, and possibly providing training to new team members.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Analytical Skills and an ability to identify Business Process Improvements
  • Experience in Customer Service and Training roles
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Experience in a voice process role is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or related fields is preferred
