Process: US-Based Healthcare Voice Support

Shift: Rotational US Night Shift

Week Off: 2 Rotational Offs

Qualification: HSC / Graduate with minimum 12 months International BPO Voice experience

Communication: Good English Cluster 3

Age Limit: Upto 38 Years

ROI Rounds: HR Ops

Salary Structure Based on Experience:

International BPO Voice Experience is Mandatory

5 days working any 2 rotational offs

6 Months: 28,000 Gross | 24,920 In-Hand

6-12 Months: 32,750 Gross | 29,670 In-Hand

12-18 Months: 35,000 Gross | 31,920 In-Hand

18-30 Months: 37,500 Gross | 34,420 In-Hand

30-42 Months: 40,000 Gross | 36,920 In-Hand

42+ Months: 45,000 Gross | 41,920 In-Hand

Transport:

- Home pickup & drop for shifts starting/ending between 8 PM 6:30 AM

- Noodle pickup/drop from:

- Andheri East (Western Line)

- Vikhroli (Central/Harbor Line)

Boundary Areas:

Western: Mira Road to Churchgate

Central: Thane to CST

Harbor: Vashi

Note:

- BGV (Background Verification) is done before joining

- WFO Work from Office Only
