What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound voice calls from US-based customers.
  • Resolve queries efficiently while providing an outstanding customer experience.
  • Maintain call documentation and adhere to defined processes (SOPs).
  • Meet key performance indicators including quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
  • Use your listening skills and empathy to build rapport with customers.
  • Work in rotational night shifts and adjust to schedule changes as needed.
  • Where applicable, upsell or cross-sell additional services.

Who Can Apply:

  • Education: 12th Pass / Intermediate / Graduates
  • Freshers are highly encouraged to apply
  • Candidates with previous BPO experience will have an added advantage.
  • Not Eligible: B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA, BCA, Hotel Management, and other specialized/technical degrees.
  • Mandatory: Valid PAN Card is required at the time of hiring.
