Sales & Lead Management
- Greet all walk-ins and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Conduct gym tours and highlight facilities and services.
- Convert walk-ins and phone inquiries into memberships.
- Follow up on leads via phone, WhatsApp, or social media.
- Maintain lead register (walk-in / call / online).
- Promote personal training, classes, and renewal offers.
Customer Service
- Welcome members with a friendly attitude.
- Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist members with class schedules, trainer appointments, and billing queries.
- Ensure front desk area is always clean and organized.
- Update member profiles in system/software.
3 Daily Operations Checklist Morning Opening Checklist (Before Members Arrive)
- Open gym and switch on lights, AC, and music.
- Check cleanliness of reception, floor, locker room, washrooms.
- Ensure all equipment is working and sanitized.
- Check attendance system and sign-in register.
- Verify membership renewals & pending payments.
- Set up cash float (if applicable).
- Prepare daily sales target sheet.
Mid-Day Operations
- Record walk-ins, inquiries, and follow-ups.
- Track trial clients and check conversion.
- Handle member requests & complaints.
- Maintain front desk presence — no unattended desk.
- Refill water dispensers and sanitize high-touch areas.
- Check with trainers for PT sessions completed and upcoming.
Closing Checklist
- Update sales, walk-in, and lead follow-up sheets.
- Collect and tally daily cash and card payments.
- Send renewal reminders for next day.
- Record member attendance count.
- Switch off AC, lights, and equipment safely.
- Lock up all areas securely.
- Submit Daily Closing Report
