Job Summary
Lead the India Sales & Marketing team to achieve the revenue and operational goals aligned with corporate strategy. Drive a high-performance culture, build key stakeholder relationships, and deliver impactful go-to-market (GTM) strategies to capture market potential, with a focus on the Infant Nutrition category.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute country-wide sales plans aligned with business objectives.
- Lead sales team operations, including team management, KOL engagement, CRM, budgeting, forecasting, and goal setting.
- Build a culture of accountability and high performance within the sales organization.
- Identify, develop, and manage talent through effective performance management, development planning, and succession strategies.
- Build strong corporate and key account relationships to drive sales plans.
- Uphold high ethical standards, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, industry codes, and internal policies.
- Design and monitor effective sales incentive plans to optimize performance.
- Develop and execute category-specific GTM strategies including new product launches based on market and competitive analysis.
- Engage with industry bodies, distributors, and hospital management to secure favourable business outcomes.
- Work closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Digital teams to create synergies.
- Drive HCP engagement through advisory boards and consensus meetings to promote innovative concepts.
- Partner with key accounts to generate medical evidence and claims for portfolio development and brand competitiveness.

- Proven leadership, communication, and management skills in a global matrix organization.
- Strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with relevant SOPs and compliance requirements.
- Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking to drive business growth.
- Expertise in sales planning, monitoring, and CRM.
- Strong skills in people management, coaching, and sales development.
- Ability to enhance sales force excellence and productivity.
- Excellent communication skills through the medium of English, Hindi and Regional Languages.
