Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager (GM) Sales & Marketing, located in Bengaluru. The GM Sales & Marketing will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales and marketing operations, developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales targets. Daily tasks will include managing and leading the sales and marketing teams, ensuring high levels of customer service, and fostering a positive work environment. The GM will also be involved in general management duties and will focus on maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in General Management and Team Management
  • Proven experience in Sales and developing sales strategies
  • Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
  • Years of Real Estate Experience.
