We are looking for a qualified and experienced Materials Executive to manage hospital materials, inventory control, and procurement operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Goods Receipt Notes(GRN) and ensure accurate sysytem entry
- Receive, inspect, and verify materials against purchase orders and invoices
- Maintain proper inventory records and stock levels
- Coordinate with purchase, stores and accounts departments
- Maintain proper documentation and records as per hospital standards
- Monitor stock movements and ensure timely availability of materials
Recquirements:
- Graduation in any discipline
- Minium 3 years of experience in hospital materials/ stores department
- Hands on experience in GRN is mandatory
- Good knowledge of inventory management systems and hospital software
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in NABH/ hospital accrediation standards
Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview
