Responsibilities

  1. Notice & Booklet Distribution and Placement

  2. Strategic Distribution: Execute targeted distribution of marketing collateral (notices, flyers, brochures, admission booklets) in high-footfall areas, outside schools/colleges, coaching centers, and residential zones.

  3. Institutional Placement: Secure permission and strategically place posters and marketing notices on institutional notice boards, common areas, and relevant student hubs.

  4. Ground-Level Lead Generation & Outreach

  5. Direct Engagement: Engage directly with students and parents during distribution activities to convey key messaging about Catalyst's EdTech products and collect basic contact information (leads).

  6. Field Reporting and Execution Proof

  7. Activity Tracking: Maintain accurate daily records of distribution locations and the number of materials distributed.

  8. Photography/Proof of Execution: Capture photographic evidence of successful notice placements and distribution activities for campaign verification.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Marketing/BBA preferred).
  • Experience: Fresher or maximum 1 year of experience in fieldwork, event promotion, or sales support.
  • Core Skills:
  • Excellent verbal communication in the local language(s).
  • Basic computer proficiency for reporting.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Highly energetic and proactive.
  • Comfortable with extensive travel/walking.
  • Possessing a positive, approachable attitude.
  • Other: Must be willing to travel extensively within the city/assigned territory on a daily basis (Mandatory).
