Bearworx Engineering Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing solar energy provider in Hyderabad, and we're looking for a multi-talented Solar Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will not only guide homeowners on their journey to solar but also be a key player in our marketing and lead generation efforts. This is a hands-on position for a self-starter who thrives on challenge and wants to grow with a company that is powering a sustainable future.
Roles & Responsibilities
Sales & Consultation (60%)
- Actively follow up on inquiries, listen to customer needs, and provide expert advice on the benefits of switching to solar.
- Visit customer homes to conduct initial site assessments, analyze electricity bills, and determine the optimal solar solution.
- Design and present clear, compelling proposals outlining system specifications, financial savings, ROI, and subsidy information.
- Confidently handle customer queries, negotiate contract terms, and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
Lead Generation & Field Marketing (30%)
- Generate your own leads through on-the-ground BTL (Below-the-Line) marketing activities.
- Set up and manage promotional kiosks in residential communities, apartment complexes, and local events.
- Build strong relationships with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs), local electricians, and architects to create a robust referral network.
Customer & Brand Advocacy (10%)
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience from initial contact through to post-installation.
- Collect customer testimonials and take high-quality photos/videos of completed projects for our social media and marketing materials.
- Act as a professional and knowledgeable ambassador for Bearworx in all interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Haves:
- Minimum 2-4 years of proven success in a B2C direct sales role (e.g., solar, home automation, real estate, insurance, or other high-value products).
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driver's license for daily travel within Hyderabad.
- Fluency in English and Telugu is required. Working knowledge of Hindi is a plus.
- Proficient with smartphones, email, and basic CRM tools.
