Job Description:

HOOQx is looking for an experienced and dynamic Fundraiser to join our team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in corporate fundraising, venture capital engagement, and financial institution collaboration. The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to raise funds and build strong relationships with investors, donors, and funding partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential investors, venture capital firms, and funding organizations.
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies and campaigns.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and investment pitch decks for potential funders.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with funding partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align fundraising goals with company objectives.
  • Conduct market research to identify new funding opportunities and investment trends.
  • Manage donor communications, follow-ups, and reporting activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, investment relations, or business development.
  • Proven experience working with venture capital firms, corporates, or banks.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning, investment analysis, and project funding models.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional networks with investors and funding institutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
