Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bank Relationship Manager to join our team at Hooqx. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with banks, financial institutions, and investors to support the company's fundraising and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
  • Coordinate with banks for credit facilities, fund arrangements, and other financial transactions.
  • Manage end-to-end fundraising processes, including documentation and compliance.
  • Negotiate financial terms, interest rates, and credit limits with banking partners.
  • Monitor cash flow, banking operations, and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
  • Prepare financial proposals, MIS reports, and periodic fund utilization reports.
  • Collaborate with the finance and accounts team for smooth fund management.
  • Stay updated on banking products, credit policies, and financial market trends.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, corporate finance, and fundraising processes.
  • Experience in debt financing, working capital management, and investment relations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and reports.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modelling, and report preparation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
