Position Overview:

The Investor Relations Officer will be responsible for managing communication between the company and its investors, facilitating fundraising activities, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in fundraising and investment management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential investors, venture capital firms, and financial institutions.
  • Manage fundraising activities and investor communication for ongoing and future investment projects.
  • Prepare and present investor reports, financial statements, and company updates to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with senior management to create investor presentations and financial forecasts.
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify new investment opportunities.
  • Ensure transparency and compliance with financial and investment regulations.
  • Manage queries from investors and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Coordinate with finance and strategy teams to align investor relations goals with business objectives.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Investor Relations, Fundraising, or Financial Strategy roles.
  • Proven experience in fundraising, investment management, and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, capital structure, and corporate finance.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working with banks, investment firms, or financial institutions is preferred.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salary:

Competitive — based on experience and last drawn salary.
