About the Role:

We are looking for a Qualified Company Secretary with at least 2 years of experience to manage compliance, corporate governance, and secretarial functions of the company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of company laws, SEBI regulations, and ROC compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, and other applicable regulations.
  • Handle all ROC filings, annual returns, and statutory records.
  • Draft, review, and maintain minutes of Board Meetings, General Meetings, and Committee Meetings.
  • Advise the management and board on corporate governance best practices.
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and auditors.
  • Draft and vet legal documents, agreements, and contracts.
  • Support in fundraising, mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI).
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong understanding of corporate laws and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.
