Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers who wish to start their career in customer service. Training will be provided, and no prior work experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, or processes.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve basic customer issues.
  • Escalate unresolved queries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain call logs, records, and update customer information in the system.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards.

Skills & Competencies:
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Active listening and patience in handling customer queries.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry).
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to new processes.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum: Graduate (any stream).
  • Freshers are welcome; no prior experience required.
  • Fluency in Malayalam Language
