Job Summary:

White Horse Manpower Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring IT Recruiters for Zayan Technologies. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, identifying top talent, and ensuring the successful onboarding of candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various IT positions, including software developers, engineers, data scientists, etc.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT candidates using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, shortlisting, and evaluations based on client requirements.
  • Manage candidate relationships and ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and deliver suitable profiles in a timely manner.
  • Keep track of recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT recruiter or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and IT job market trends.
  • Proficient in sourcing techniques including the use of online platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in hiring for various IT domains (development, testing, infrastructure, etc.).

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 6 PM
