Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven 
Manager – Industry Engagement
 to lead strategic partnerships with corporate stakeholders, industry leaders, and private sector partners. The ideal candidate will bring a strong network within the corporate ecosystem and demonstrated success in building impactful collaborations—particularly in innovation, skilling, CSR, or technology domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key corporate stakeholders for partnerships, sponsorships, and CSR collaborations.
  • Develop customized partnership proposals, pitch decks, and MoUs in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate industry participation in programs such as accelerators, fellowships, innovation challenges, and incubators.
  • Act as the primary liaison for corporate partners, ensuring regular communication, reporting, and relationship nurturing.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (communications, legal, finance) for seamless partner onboarding and execution.
  • Monitor partnership KPIs, prepare impact reports, and contribute to thought leadership through events, case studies, and whitepapers.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and roundtables to strengthen visibility and networks.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in corporate relations, B2B partnerships, CSR engagement, or enterprise sales.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Prior experience working in or with corporates in innovation, skilling, education, or sustainability sectors is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and deliver outcomes in a dynamic environment.
