1. Branding & Promotion (PRO Functions)

  • Develop and execute brand-building strategies for the organization.
  • Create and manage promotional campaigns (online + offline).
  • Maintain strong public relations with clients, partners, vendors, and media.
  • Manage the company's presence on social media, website, and marketing materials.
  • Organize and participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

2. Sales & Market Development (ASM Functions)

  • Support the sales team in meeting monthly & quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors.
  • Monitor competitor activities and provide insights for business strategy.
  • Provide training and support to the sales team for product knowledge and sales execution.

3. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, and execution calendars.
  • Create effective marketing content: brochures, presentations, digital content, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
  • Track performance of campaigns using KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Implement innovative marketing ideas to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

4. Communication & Reporting

  • Coordinate with the management team for business strategies.
  • Provide weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
  • Communicate promotional offers, updates, and marketing insights to all stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 7-8 years of experience in marketing/sales/branding roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM, and social media platforms.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and planning abilities.
