1. Brand Strategy & Planning

· Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company goals.

· Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and brand opportunities.

· Define brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition.

2. Brand Identity Managemen

· Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across all marketing materials, digital platforms, and internal communications.

· Manage creative development of logos, visual assets, packaging, and marketing collaterals.

· Oversee brand redesign or rebranding initiatives.

3. Content & Communication

· Guide content creation for campaigns, social media, website, and PR activities.

· Collaborate with marketing, digital media, and design teams for brand-aligned communication.

· Review and approve brand-related creatives, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

4. Digital Branding

· Strengthen brand presence across digital platforms – website, social media, Google, marketplaces.

· Oversee online reputation management (ORM).

· Monitor digital brand analytics and customer engagement metrics.

5. Campaign & Event Support

· Lead brand-building campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.

· Coordinate with agencies, influencers, and vendors for brand events or collaborations.

· Ensure brand visibility at exhibitions, shows, and corporate events.

6. Monitoring & Reporting

· Track brand performance through surveys, analytics, and marketing KPIs.

· Prepare monthly brand performance reports.

· Continuously improve brand strategy based on insights and feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
  • 05-06 years of experience in marketing/sales/branding roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and planning abilities.
