Job Title: Project Manager – LMS / E-Learning

About the Role:

Omni-Bridge Solutions is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and E-Learning solutions to lead end-to-end project delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple client projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely and quality delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of LMS and E-Learning implementation projects.

· Define project scope, goals, timelines and deliverables in alignment with business objectives.

· Collaborate with product, design, content and technology teams to ensure smooth execution.

· Oversee client communications, requirement gathering and stakeholder management.

· Ensure adherence to Agile / Waterfall project management methodologies.

· Track budgets, resources and timelines to ensure project profitability and quality outcomes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· 10+ years of relevant experience in Project Management with a focus on LMS, E-Learning or EdTech solutions.

· Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard or similar LMS platforms.

· Excellent stakeholder management, leadership and communication skills.

· Familiarity with tools like JIRA, MS Project, Trello, Asana or similar project management platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in SaaS-based LMS or custom e-learning product development.

· Exposure to client interaction across global geographies.
