Role Overview

Prasa Infocom & Power Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Project Planner (2–3 Years) to support planning and scheduling for our datacentre and critical infrastructure projects.

The role involves developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timelines are met for smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project & other tools
  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and progress against planned timelines.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, and Site Teams for schedule updates.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, dashboards, and delay analysis.
  • Identify potential schedule risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in planning project timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.
  • Create and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
  • Support bid proposals with preliminary planning inputs.
  • Maintain documentation for schedules, reports, and revisions.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil) or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in project planning for MEP / construction / engineering / datacentre projects.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project.
  • Understanding of project sequencing, WBS, and scheduling methodologies.
  • Knowledge of MEP systems or datacenter infrastructure will be an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail.
