Job Summary:
We are looking for a Junior Architect to join our design and development team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, designing, and coordinating architectural aspects of our ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring alignment with company standards and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in conceptualizing, designing, and developing residential and commercial projects.
* Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
* Coordinate with senior architects, structural engineers, and consultants to ensure design accuracy and project feasibility.
* Support in preparing working drawings, presentation drawings, and municipal submission drawings.
* Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve design-related queries.
* Maintain and update project documentation and design records.
* Stay updated with architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
Required Skills & Competencies:
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
* Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and bye-laws.
* Excellent visualization and presentation skills.
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and coordination abilities.
* Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
* 2- 5 years of experience
Knowledge of Pune municipal regulations will be an added advantage.
